PTSC is a buy and hold for 2-4 weeks.  Yesterday they released news that Nokia (Nasdaq: NOK) had just bought patent rights to their MMP product. PTSC is also in hearings now in regards to companies who are using the patent without permission.  If the case is won PTSC will soar to the moon!  Keep your eyes on this baby!  I expect big things.

Marketing Concepts International Announces a Unique Prefered Stock Dividend for Its Shareholders
6:00a ET April 9, 2007 (Market Wire)
Marketing Concepts International (PINKSHEETS: MCCI) President Ben Grossman, announced that the Company intends to establish a dividend distribution. The Company has now established the dividend mechanism in the agreement with its client PharmaSpritz Corporation. The dividend distribution will be derived as permitted by corporate law from the trust account established by PharmaSpritz.

PharmaSpritz will establish a trust account that will hold 5% of its net sales as determined by the funding agreement between the two companies. The funds that PharmaSpritz sets aside in the trust account will be divided between MCCI and its shareholders. This is the most important legal and financial element of connectivity between PharmaSpritz Corporation and Marketing Concepts International and completes the funding and marketing services agreement between the two companies.

According to Ben Grossman, President of MCCI, “The establishment of the trust account is critical for both our shareholders’ understanding of the benefits MCCI provides for investors, and for the completion of our agreement with PharmaSpritz. The trust account is the conduit from which MCCI shareholders will realize the anticipated return through the sale of their preferred MCCI shares to Pharmaspritz.” Grossman also added, “It is virtually unheard of that a penny stock may actually pay a dividend.”

Marketing Concepts International corporate strategy is to provide business development services to small corporations in exchange for a predetermined percentage of their net sales. MCCI’s business plan does not rely on their client corporations to be profitable before they generate fees for MCCI and its shareholders.
